Cabin is definitely a bit more closed in, due to the dark headliner material. Visibility is a bit reduced, especially shoulder-checks through the plastic rear side windows. Rear visibility is similar but slightly reduced from the coupe as long as your plastic window is reasonably clear.
Top up 'vert is definitely noisier than the t-top coupe, in all the convertibles I've driven or ridden in.
However, top down is another story :)
